  • Quit telling lies
  • Quit murdering
  • Quit aggression and transgressions
  • Quit argumentation
  • Quit arrogance
  • Quit being greedy with your wealth
  • Quit being selfish with your time and be a little more social Islamically
  • Quit planning evil actions and visiting places where evil is rife
  • Quit fornication and adultery
  • Quit pornographic material that does not inspire you to be a better person morally
  • Quit showing off and attention seeking
  • Quit telling people about all the good things that you do
  • Quit cutting family ties and try repairing some
  • Quit wasting time with movies, music and tv
  • Quit eating too much meat
  • Quit eating all non halal foods
  • Learn how to fast healthily
  • Learn how to make your fast more acceptable
  • Learn how to increase love for the Quran and the Prophet Muhammad
  • When the month of Ramadhan ends let don’t let all the good habits that you’ve developed stop. Continue to fast from sin when you stop fasting from food.
